■使用方法：
避免直接在鍋中加熱，若需事先下鍋爆香，千萬不要加熱至麻油冒煙，因為開始冒煙，油脂即開始劣化，應在食物煮熟起鍋之前，先熄火，再加入適量的冷壓芝麻油，予以均勻攪拌，營養可口，風味甚佳。涼拌蔬菜沙拉，是最理想的佐料
