★直接稀釋飲用風味好
★調成油醋醬汁真美味
香醇豐富的蘋果味與清爽的質地，無論是加入橄欖油調成油醋醬汁，或作為雞肉或魚等白肉類或涼拌菜的調味醬汁，都十分合適。

 [食用方式]
1.加水稀釋(冷熱皆宜)飲用，冰涼口感較佳。(稀釋程度，可依個人嗜好自行調整)，亦可做沙拉及泡菜。
2.蘋果醋有一股自然的蘋果香，用來調肉類的沾醬最爽口。
3.油醋醬的做法：兩湯匙(大)橄欖油＋1一匙(大)蘋果醋＋1匙(大)素G粉（反正是2：1：1依食材量來決定大小匙），充分攪拌均勻後，淋在切好的生菜（高麗菜、甜椒絲、蕃茄）上面，再灑上一些白芝麻粒、葡萄乾。

※ 本產品放置略久會有蛋白質沉澱產生，不影響品質請安心食用。
