以昆布取代肉類熬成湯底，加上紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯、蕃茄、
明日葉等大量新鮮蔬果及多種天然植物辛香料細心熬製，
融合出香醇濃郁的溫潤口感，不同於一般南洋及印度咖哩的辛辣刺激。
