冬天熱飲,夏季冰鎮皆適宜,全素食品


牛蒡富含豐富的礦物質及菊糖(inulin),而被譽為最高等級的『老牛蒡』,其特色風味好及成份佳,

產製過程將4-5個月的新鮮牛蒡放入冷藏室,以0℃-5℃的溫度冷藏,其澱粉含量與總醣含量會產生變化,

將冷藏1-2個月的牛蒡,經過60℃熱風乾燥2-3小時後,放入滾筒設備以160℃及16分鐘的殺菁,才能完成最高品質的『老牛蒡』。

食用方法 :

將一包牛蒡茶以開水沖泡2-3分鐘即可飲用,每包沖泡250cc-300cc,可回沖3次以上
