【青荷御膳房】
1.取出約3~4湯匙(約8~10公克)的義大利純可可粉直接倒入杯中。
2.加入150~200亳升的熱開水,另可搭配牛奶、豆漿等。
3.充份攪拌後,可另外加糖,即可直接飲用。
使用於烘培麵包上:做好麵團後,加入一小茶匙米森純黑可可粉於麵團中,再放回麵包機中繼續行程烘培成吐司、蛋糕或麻糬。
