使用方式 :

1) 6個月~1歲：每日早晚各飲用5ml。
1~3歲：每日早晚各飲用10ml。
3~5歲：每日早晚各飲用15ml。
5歲以上：每日早晚各飲用20ml。
2) 以6-8倍冰水或溫水 (水溫40℃以下以免破壞酵素活性)稀釋飲用，可依個人喜好做適度調整。
3) 空腹飲用：調整體質、加強保護力。
飯後飲用：幫助消化、促進食慾。
